- Focus on your breath for 10 minutes. Close your eyes and sit comfortably with your back straight. Just observe the breath entering and leaving the nostrils. Notice the gap between exhalation and inhalation. If you are distracted by your thoughts , bring back focus to breath.
- Eat freshly made hot food. Consume food within 30 minutes of preparing it.Consume nuts.
- Avoid processed and junk food and white sugar.
- Eat fresh fruit and vegetables.

- Go for alternative medicines.
- Emotional health is equally important.
- Meditate. Meditation boosts our brain. It increases our energy and calms the mind.
